Wow! On Monday before
I left Harry was moving around, but using his hands predominantly and almost
dragging his lower half behind. Now he's got it: a real baby crawl. It's been
just two weeks since that first move forward and,
while I suppose it happens to almost every baby, during the seven months I've
been watching Harry it seems like his developmental progress has never been
faster than over the last two weeks. However, that could just be that this
is the most visible. Either way, it's very exciting.
Another thing that Harry's been working on is climbing. Now, as I lay on the
floor with him, I very often become a mountain to climb, a obstacle to overcome
between Harry and some household item that's caught his eye, or just a random
jungle gym. I feel like a father.
