October 7, 2000 - Saturday
Yesterday afternoon, the three of us drove to the cabin and, thankfully, Harry slept most of the way. At least since he's been sick, Harry has been somewhat less interested in being in the car, so we tried to time this trip to coincide with his schedule. Fortunately, things worked out pretty well. Harry even had a pretty good night's sleep last night, I'm sure much to the comfort of the others staying in the thin-walled cabin.

Today, Harry had a wonderful time exploring nature. We took a nice walk through the colors of autumn with Harry in the backpack and he made it more than half way, about 40 minutes before the inevitable morning nap.
