Harry seems to have adapted well
to the new routine. This morning as his mother was leaving for work, he didn't
get upset because she was leaving, but rather looked at her and said "bye."
He's said bye before, but not typically without prompting and never that I've
seen when it's not he who is leaving. What's more, at about 8:00am, an hour
after his mother left and about the time I have started to take him to the
new daycare, he started saying "go-go" and heading for the door.
Unfortunately, this was a special day when I needed to bring him to daycare
an hour later than usual and we didn't go-go at that time.
On the other hand, when it was finally time to leave and I was putting Harry's
new shoes on, he again started saying "go-go." However, when
we got out into the back hall, Harry did not turn right toward the garage
the way he usually does, but rather left toward the door to go out in our
yard. We were outside over the weekend and I think Harry liked it!
