"Not-no" is Jeremy's word for popcorn, his current favorite snack. It's hard to know whether it's actually the popcorn or watching it pop - he often flails his arms and squeals with delite as the corn starts popping -that makes it a favorite. But, it really doesn't matter. It's a good healthy snack (even with the butter, Jeremy's not watching his weight or cholesterol), it's a little event, and it makes him happy.
