While Harry continues to show signs of stress from either lack of sleep or jealousy of a new sibling, he does not take it out on Jeremy. In fact, I simply couldn't be happier at how well he does handling Jeremy and how interested he seems to be in him, at least during those moments when he takes the time to notice. He's asked several times to hold and hug Jeremy and often stands and pats and admires him, saying things like "lookin' (at) jou" and "nice, nice." You'd think this picture was posed, but it's just Harry being a good brother.
