This picture doesn't show as well as I thought it would, probably the flash, but Jeremy is constantly getting little milk mustaches. (It's most visible here on the left side of his upper lip.) I guess his Joker-shaped mouth with the center of his upper lip rising up a little high makes the space above the corners a prime target for "Got Milk?"

Interestingly, the flash didn't affect the color of his eyes.
