It's school vacation week and today mommy took the boys into Boston for a ride on the swan boats. They've read about the swan books in the classic McCloskey story, Make Way for Ducklings, several times so it was certainly time they got to ride on the famous boats.

And wouldn't you know it, they saw the very Mr. and Mrs. Mallard from the book...
... just like thousands of other children over the last 66 years, or so say their parents.

Harry and Jeremy also visited the famous statues of Mrs. Mallard and Jack, Lack, Mack, Nack, Oack, Pack, and Quack. I don't know if they remembered seeing those two years ago.
