April 14, 2001 - Saturday
Harry has done the most remarkably mature thing over the last two weekend. Both today and last Saturday, he has slept, a lot. Like last Saturday, he took a morning nap at about 11:00 this morning and, like last Saturday, we tried in vain to wake him up lest he not sleep in the afternoon as per his normal schedule. But, both times he was out cold from a short trip in the car coming home from the grocery store and slept between 30-40 minutes. Yet, each day, while he's had trouble falling asleep for his regular afternoon nap, he has slept for more than 2 hours then as well. He's been just like a normal person lounging around on the weekend. Now, if we could just get him to sleep in Saturday morning.
