Harry finally slept
through the night again. It's hard to know the reason, but ever since
we moved Harry has spent a couple of hours in the car commuting and that almost
invariably results in a mid-evening nap. Harry's mother drove home yesterday
and I was able, through a combination of toys, books, and opening his window,
to keep Harry awake the whole ride home. Nonetheless, it's hard to believe
that's the sole reason he slept more soundly, but we'll try again tonight
to kept him entertained on the way home. Maybe, he's finally getting used
to all the time in the car. Maybe he's getting used to the new home. And,
maybe, he's just outgrowing a phase of restless sleeping that many toddlers
go through. Whichever answer works is fine.
