Harry held onto his cord for twenty-eight days, a full four weeks and that was what someone had told us back then was just about the outside limit for babies losing their cords. Jeremy's doctor says he had heard of one that lasted close to three months. Fortunately, Jeremy did not take three months and even beat Harry by four days. Unfortunately, Jeremy is already too big to wear some of the cute infant size onesies he'd received as gifts.
