Sure, we took the kids to see a parade this morning. It was in the town in which we grew up, where my parents still live. And, it was a fine time. But with young children, logistics always enter the planning of any lengthy excursion and that often centers around naps. Fortunately, things could hardly have worked out better today. The two of them sacked out in the mid-afternoon heat at the same time and both had solid rests. And, their parents had a relaxing middle of the day.
