June 2, 2002 - Sunday
Sometimes I used to think that a weekend with nothing plan was just terrific.
It would be a great time to relax, get a few things done or maybe not. But
with two kids both looking for excitement and stimulation, a weekend with
nothing is a recipe for trouble. Both yesterday and today the boys' mother
and I were constantly asking what we should do next. The answer today was
as stereotypical as we'll ever want to be: we took them to the mall shopping
for new shoes for Harry, a bike seat for Jeremy, and to McDonalds for lunch.
