Jeremy, lately, has been the opposite of cool. It's that stage of life, of course, and unlikely to be a long term character flaw. In fact, my impression is that he is still a charmingly sweet boy at Mary's and at school. But, maybe that's part of the problem. Perhaps he's gotten used to being a charmer and to having things go his way with the twinkle of a toddler's eye. I don't know. But, what is sure is that he is pushing the limits of self-interested behavior.
