Harry says he wants to play soccer this fall, perhaps because his friend Rip plays soccer, I don't know. He says he still likes baseball and that maybe he'll play baseball in the spring and soccer in the fall. That's good, because while there is fall baseball in town, there is no fall T-ball. Interestingly, during this soccer session in our yard with Jeremy and mommy, and then me, Harry became committed to the idea of being the goalie. Here he is diving to block a shot. It's a nice idea, but I do wonder whether he'd really enjoy standing at one end of the field while his teammates are all running around. I also have no idea whether they even use goalies in the 4-6 age class.
