Harry's doctor
reports that he's fit and healthy at four months. He was measured at 26 inches,
though I think that may have been generous, and 14lbs 12oz, which seems less
than I would have thought, but he's settling in to the 50-75% of babies. We
his mother and my smaller statures, he wasn't likely to stay 95% for long.
At four months, it was also time to start talking about solid foods. Harry
might not take to them right away, but we're suppose to start testing him
with a couple Rice Krispies in breast milk (though not from a bottle obviously)
every now and then to see if he's ready. After that he can try a soft fruit,
but that could be a week away or two months.
