Jeremy has been drawing orchestras all week long. Each day he's brought home one or two of these drawing from school that, he says, show bassoons, clarinets, violins, drums, etc. and now here's put them all together to form one very large orchestra. I think the inspiration for all this is listening to Beethoven's Fifth in the car and having watched the Pink Panther cartoon with the conductor and orchestra, although I can't be sure. He does know that his mother and I do go to the local symphony concerts, too, and he does often choose other symphonic music for the car besides Beethoven, although it's Beethoven that he and Harry keep coming back to. Whatever the inspiration, the orchestra he's drawing has become quite elaborate.
