Just shy of ten months, Jeremy has the same fancy as Harry did at this age: "putting." Harry obsessed about this biscuit container, constantly putting the top on and taking in off. Seeing Jeremy starting to show the same interest with other random objects and other containers, I found the pieces to this particular biscuit container. Somehow the memory of Harry using it sticks out in my mind as a major developmental step.

It was also right about this age when I first started suspecting that Harry was calling me "dad" (actually, "daddum"), particularly when he was pointing at me, something Jeremy hasn't yet done. Harry's mother was skeptical then, but she's a believer with Jeremy as it's a well directed "mama" that seems to be emerging from him.
